Well you could also need a flash decompiler, in case these are made with flash. Also for the hex editor i suggest you Notepad++, the lastest version have a hex editor in it. It's also a text editor so you'll see it's pretty usefull. Also there are other software that can decompile executable but most of them decompile to ASM witch is a programming language that is hard to learn.
