No you can't save your app with ollydb or perhaps with a special plugin i don't know. You can use an hexeditor for save you change.

In ollydbg you can save your changes, in right-click in disassembler window, then do Copy to Executable –> All modification, it will open new window with that you want, then close window and it will ask about saving to any file….
