I have found a "public key token"; and then one key, a hash probably; Could I try to break it to have the password =?

I've googled' it and I had some infoss in the url http://www.c-sharpcorner.com/Code/2005/Jan/PublicKeyTokenGenerator.asp

could I crack it this way?

I'v opened it in Reflector and found the password file in the resources but its locked. How do i view a locked file?
