I wrote a script that tries all combinations(minutes don't change though) from: /challenges/real2/backups/backup_2004-1-1_0000.sql …………. /challenges/real2/backups/backup_2004-12-31_2300.sql so far it hasn't found the file, can anyone tell me whether I'm trying the right directory/file structure?

Look in the code sections, there are some good scripts for this challenge.

You are almost there, only forgetting a little thing, double check your urls (expecially the first ones)!

Is this really the approach to simple use something like

curl -O http://www.hellboundhackers.org/challenges/real2/backups/backup_2004-[01-12]-[01-31]_[00-23]00.sql

? Looks a little like bruteforce to me… or is it about the IE comment in the error file? (me has no ie….)
