can anyone tell me why I get > You are not logged in when I try to get to the page to report Bill?

I have done this 10 times now and I am getting really angry.

I have tried MANY possible ways and none work. I can PM with more details if need be.

Im jst confused as to wot the .htacess file is :S After I change Bills view options, is anything supposed to happen? And what is the My Shared Folder?

the .htaccess file is the file that tracks your IP you have to change it.
