Real 13- Clear logs

I think i know the page to clear logs ( however maybe wrong), but when i try to access it, i get a 302 redirect to real13 homepage. I mean i thought there were dialog boxes on the clear logs page, so it should be accessible shouldn't it ? Can anyone assist ?
