ok so i've got the directory with the pwd files, i've cracked the pwd using JTR, i've viewed every file using nt**d , but i can't understand what to do next. can anyone help ?

Use the articles on this site to help you out, and combine that with a google search regarding the types of pregenerated v*i files you may come into contact with. Really, the article and a quick google search will get you 90% of the way there. and the rest is just brainpower.
