Real 3 halfway help

I got half of it done but when entering the first font on the jack11 column it says that password is wrong i dont know where i am going wrong or do i have to do something more when getting to the font list …

After getting the password for **** and logging in his account, when I try to download the "font" and click on it, a 404 appears. Is the mission broken? EDIT:Never Mind, did it. just had to type the name of the font in the form field at the last.
