Just wanna confirm one thing if i need to put "javascript:void(document.cookie="username=johndoe");" at the login page or do it after login??

I found the text, but i was wondering how to use that data because i couldn't see any administrator's paaword in it. I just got the johndoe's details and a text file called JohnDoe.txt.

Can anyone tell me what i need to do next?
