Im leaving now so i will tell you quickly what you need to do. Find where the iFrame is, it will be a link in the source. Look for src='.*' etc. * is a wildcard.

Then once you find it, put it in the answer box and voila.

Basic 2? are you kidding me

and a note.. none of the challenges are impossible. but if you dont have the knowledge then it will seem like it. perhaps you should learn a little more before you attempt it again
