what kind of ascii encryption are we talking about here? because i've tried 8 varieties and none seem to work?

i've tried just converting to ascii, then i tried offsetting the value, and when those didn't work i tried encrypting to hexadecimal, octal, and binary.

after you're converted the username, are you using the correct number of digits or bits?

Also, you can't just put the encrypted username, you have to do something else

the number of digits varies with the encryption I'm using. just ascii is 8 total i believe.
