I have looked through all the available posts on this and tried obfuscating the U** in various ways, using the HBH I* a******, and also obfuscating the I* a****** without any success. Can I PM someone with what I have done so that they can put me on the right track?

Just as a note in the new version of HBH there are a number of different hints to help you out once you have failed the challenge a few times it will offer you a hint and then that will repeat for the number of hints the challenge has, just to try and teach and help more as that is the main function of the site to teach.

OK. Thanks for the suggestions, but I have now succeeded. I did not realise that you could convert the I* a****** 4 bytes into a single de***** value and use that. I have learnt something. Thanks!
