ok so… i have tried a ton of javascript stuff. maybe my problem is i can't get a frickin semicolon in the cookie? i tried encodeURI through injection but couldn't figure out the quotes and everything (closing the quotes and stuff). i tried injections before and after logging in, and also did sql injections in the form.

any help? can i pm someone?

Yeah that will be because your not meant to put a semi colon in the cookie, PM me what you're trying.

I find https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/60 to be the easiest way to edit cookies.

Tools are nice, but so is knowing what they're doing. If you just stick with the firefox addon, then you're not really learning anything. If you're not learning anything, then what's the point? Nothing against using tools to speed up the process, but you should only be interested in speeding something up after you've become proficient in doing it slowly.
