this is showing up when i try to do basic 13

You get that error when your referer is wrong.

referer? would that be the value of the login option?

No. The referer is part of your http head of your request. Download live http headers (FireFox add on) and take a look. If your press replay and change the referer to something other http://www.hellboundhackers.com or that url+path, you will get that error message.

i dont know whats wrong but i cant veiw the headers.

i got the live http headers but when i open it nothing happens

You will see nothing if you request nothing. Make sure it is open and then load a page. What are you using to complete the challenge anyway? Firebug? JavaScript?

just downloading the page then changing one name to the value of George and the action posting to the index.php
