Don't just look in basic 4 for the file. The purpose of this challenge is to learn that your answer will not always lie where you think it is or where you are used to looking. Don't be restricted to basic 4.

well, firstly you have to modify the permission for the logs.txt file.

next, remove the file.

then, remove the track_logs.php file. is this too much of a spoiler?
