So I downloaden the file and played it, not on normal way if you know what i mean ;) but as a dutchman i realy don't understand a f***ing word of what he is saying, anyone knows how to understand ?

Download a nice program called audacity and play with it. Then use the hint they just gave you

I already played it like that ;) that's what I said before, but still I can't understand it, and yes i used Audacity
