problem finding mod

well i used to have this and i see that hbh does use this.

im looking for the mod for the user panel that shows the avatar on the right where you can also click profile messages, etc.

if anyone knows where i can refind this please do tell.

That is not a mod,ppl make it mode up the user info panel,i made it too.Want me to upload it somewhere?
