php ip stuff

heyy guys .. i gotta make a poll script for scratch quickk .. now the only bit (so far) i need help with is the 1 vote per ip bit .. Any ideas ..pweease Thanks Dotti.

Whenever someone votes put their ip in the database. Before voting you could check if their ip if in the database.

Okay .. Instead of the old 1 vote , 2 votes and blah .. i want graphical results

like and image repeating its self depending on the percentage of votes .. any ideas?
