you can use freehostia.com. you can get a free sub-domain or a domain for $10/yr. All basic webhosting is free. Come w/ one database supports PHP no ads

here but you get 15 GB disk space and 250 GB BW. sounds crazy i know, but its for real. HOWEVER, unfortunately they aren't accepting new sign ups at the moment, but if you can wait, they are good.
