vsftpd messages

Hi everybody! ;) Someone knows how can i set my ftp server to display a personalized message when a user log into the server?

I use vsftpd on my linux system.

I'm not talking about modifying the "ftpd_banner" parameter in the "/etc/vsftpd.conf" file because the message will be displayed for all the users that connect to the server…

Sorry, but that's not what i want… With this all people can see the message without logging in! The message must be displayed when a user is logged into the system!
