Hi, I need some help, my Netgear DG834GSP V3 was kindly locked by Virgin.net so I can not update it, I have tried both the routers cpanel and netgears recovery tool to update it but neither is working. Does anyone know of another way to upgrade it? Thanks

Seems like you are screwed, I'd say purchase a new modem. Be sure to call Optus to ask "How do I update my modem", record the phone-call and post it on here.
