How to find out what links are currently being accessed in firefox

How can I figure out what links are being accessed on a service that doesn't tell you where it's being linked to. Is there a program that will capture the full length links and save them for you, or is there a way to view where those files are hosted?

if i get what you mean, which im not sure if i do, this is how i "capture" links

if you hover over a link, the path appears at the bottom of your browser in the status bar.

sorry if its not what your looking for.

yeah, i've already tried that but it didn't work, so i wanted to know if you can capture concurrent connections, and where they are going.
