I was just wondering:right: if it is possible to rip movies off a dvd as when i put it in my disk drive it automaticly plays. If anybody answers thanks :happy:

yes, its possible yes, its illegal (most of the time) yes, you have to pay for any software you would need

no, there are no free ways that i know of, if anyone knows of one i would like to know also:)

DVD X is great if you can get it… see, any DVD you rent and some you buy are encrypted, and DVD X is extremely effecient at breaking said encryption :D
