every time i go to type something in a little menu comes up like this

how can i erase all of that and get it to quit recording what i write?

Delete all the cookies in your cookies folder, or just delet all the cookies in firefox.

Thats annoying, sometimes. Its very simple to remove though.

Tools—>Options…—> Privacy Tab ––> Saved Forms

Uncheck the box.
