VoIP problem on Vista

i have new notebook, and i'm running it on vista. when i'll try to call someone, i will get and error "Call ended due to sound device problems" on my old computer with xp, there wasn't any problem, but now? is it because of vista, or do I need to install drivers to my soundcard? please help.

Call ended (The call failed due to sound device problems on this computer)

Are you sure you are running the latest version of JustVoip? According to their download page the program is Vista compatible.

If this doesn't help, my only guess is that Vista is the problem. After reading http://x6.no/supportforum/index.php?showtopic=57227 I'm pretty sure Vista is the real bug here.

I really hope you just need a new version of the software.

thanks for your help. i have the latest version of justvoip, so the problem will be probably in vista. it was genuine install on that laptop, so i don't want to delete it, but now, when the half of software which i've used on my old computer doesn't working on vista, i have to delete it.
