How do i run rooting Challeneges

I am using kali linux x86_64 bit version and i downloaded the binary file and when i run like ./root1 nothing comes up. How do i execute the challenege and run those file. IT also shows cuurropted header when i type file root1. PLs help me

If you can't run the elf file, try running the windows executable using wine.

I have tried even wine options but i am having some error installing it on linux so not able. Other options than wine?

Run it in a VM using a Windows image, or download a Windows emulator, or better still get yourself a decent OS like Windows. thumbs up
