im pretty lost all together on this one. Im very new to this sort of thing. Im not looking for answers or even hints. Im just looking for some suggested reading. Any suggestions?

Straight from the challenge itself:

"Our sources have informed us that (s)he is using a version of BlackHat Linux which uses NIX like commands."

So, familiarize yourself with basic Linux commands. It really is an easy challenge.

Have you dont Rooting 1 yet? I'm too lazy to check. If you have then use those commands that you learned in that challenge. If you havn't then do it.
