i have recently got netcat and was testing it on my comp befor i used it on a friend and i cant get it to work on the port 23 or 80 so i wanted to know how to see what ports are open on my windows machine. im sure that its listed somewhere or is there a program i need becuse nmap whouldnt scan my comp. thanks for the help.
