Ok, how do i send like a .batch file to somone or get it on their computer, without emailing it to em. Since they see it as a warned file, they wont open it?

U could map out a drive to their computer, and then use that to get on their computer and execute it.

Aim, there isn't any built in security system and as long as you bind it with a mp3 or somthing, or make it so they believe in you completely.
