I think there's a subscription you can make with ur PSP(Phone service provider or whatever they are called), so that the reciever gets a "Private Number" when u call him……. Though there's a "Private number revealer" AND a "Private number revealer bypasser" Aaaand a "private number revealer bypasser cracker" blablabla….. it's a long queue :P Anyway, that's what i know, n i have very beginner knowledge abt these stuff, so dont count on me!

i believe there is a program out thier you type in what you want your caller id to come up as then you call the person and play the tones in the phone not sure thoe.

Called Orange box, hardly works anymore and wasnt affective until after the person picked up and answered the phone, Better way is to set up a PBX and use a voip provider(you can pay by minutes at nufone.net). I use this method and works effectivly

well, in my area, you just dial *69 then the number, and it lists you as 'Private name, Private number' but if you wanted to spoof it so you got someone else's number on it, you could prolly beigebox their house and just make the call from there.

HA HA HA I remeber when I did that thats a lot of fun just dont get caught I did that from the libary and called differant peeps and got their libary card numbers also with the things with VOIP Im sure their is a way I jsut havent figured it out yet

Sneak in to their home, and place a sticky label over the part of the phone that shows the Caller-ID. Then write on it what you want. Proceed to ring them, and they will believe the name on the sticky label is the person who is phoning them. Remember to take this label off though, lest they become suspicious.

cough Askerisk cough sorry…getting a cold. One of the best ways to spoof your ANI is thru an Asterisk box (www.asterisk.org). What you need to realize is that spoofing your ANI only works sometimes. If the called party only logs your flex-ANI (what most residental or small business caller ID's register) then you are good to go. But some larger companies that recieve alot of calls of the serious-kind will register using your real-time ANI…there is no way to spoof real-time that I am aware of, at the moment.

Remember, always check your spoofed ANI against multiple reliable sources before you place your intended call. (call your local ANAC, a toll-free ANI, a landline/cellphone nearby, etc).
