Discord vs Slack

We have had a large number of members requesting that we move over to Discord as they don’t want to use Slack. We have had a discord server for over a year however we havn’t really used it or linked to it publicly.

With this growing group of members requesting Discord we have opened up the discord and you can join it using the link below.

If we get more members joining Discord instead of the Slack server we will close the Slack server and move over fully to Discord. Please let us know your views about Discord or Slack.

I use Discord and not Slack, so for that reason I would prefer a server on Discord rather than on Slack.

Based on feedback provided and users moving from Slack to Discord we are going to be closing down our Slack account on July 31st 2022. Thanks to all the member who have provided feedback and have migrated over to Discord.

We have now deactivated all accounts on our Slack server and in turn deleted all accounts from our Slack server. However as this only removes the account from our Slack server we would recommned that if you no lonnger use Slack that you login to your account via Slack’s website and delete your account itself.
