white lines like a tv

When i run a program on my other pc i get like white fuzz lines on the monitor screen as if theres disturbance and it messes up the games i try to play and is truly annoying why do you think this is? the lines are like the ones that you get on a tv when the signal doesn't come through just not as much there just like little cracks that apear for a second or two

i have a TV card in my pc if this could effect it but its not connected

well im guessing it could be the TV card… or its a monitor problem.

weird question, but do you have anything magnetic near your screen?

na i know that changes the colour cuz ive done it at school lol but ima take the tv card out and see what happens

Hmmm, that doesn't make sense only when a game is played, my guess its your monitor not working properly with the graphics card or maybe the tv card but, maybe the games are of a certain resolution?

Not just games when i open a program it does it, it just stops me from playing games andmakes it go funny
