Did you install IIS before you tried to install those?

If so go and remove it.

Also check your startup entry's, If its starts up with windows you should find whats causing the problem.

I've seen this error before installing Xampp on vista and some xp boxes. It seems Apache starts before the install is completed, Just ignore the error and let it continue. When it's done check your conrol panel and make sure that Apache and MySQL are running. Then open localhost in your browser to see if it's working.
