I am having downloading issues. For some reason, most of the programs I use slow down once i start getting a high download speed. It can't be the Hard Drive cause its not half way full and i just bought it two months ago RETAIL! Does anyone else have this problem?
Some ISP put you on a slower connection if you have to much download or upload. Did you tryed 'defragmenting' or cleaning up your pc?
If some prog is doing this mayby you'll see it in your "task manager".
