Steg 5... Decoded it but...

I have the decoded message but i have no idea which parts of it to enter… I have tryed everything I can think of including the full thing but nothing seems to work… Anyone I can PM with what I have?

If the message makes sense and you decoded it right, you want to submit the message as it appears (as text, not encoded).
