Im so stuck. I think it has to do with the out line color some sort of coneccting letters or something but i may need a little hint like i looked closer and saw that the out line of each color is diffrent it looks like a puzzle am i on the right track.?
I need a hint.

I tried what I'm petty sure is the other way (it doesn't involve any photo programs or anything but still a program from your comp) but all I got was those [] things and stuff… is the answer hidden in there somewhere, or am I doing this wrong?
