I tried programming and edit the pic graphically, but it wasn't succesfully. May somebody push me into the right direction? :(

Hint: The sender of this message used multiple techniques so that out of the box stego programs could (hopefully) not pick up any signs of hidden data. Being the egocentric idiot that he is, he likes to think he is taunting the people who may be intercepting his messages by sending randomly generated images instead of seemingly innocent ones. The truth is, he has to create a randomly generated image else the message will stand out….

May you write us an article? I don't know anybody who can solve it, and sadly I can't do anything with that hint. facepalm
