How do you film yourself doing stuff on the computer like the lessons by Mr. Cheese and other guys? I mean the screen and you voice.

you get a video screen capture program, google it to find one, and then you talk into a microphone and match up the voice with the video using a video editor, if you use windows then it is right there already…just use Windows Movie Maker.

camtasia is a good one, thats what i use.

its not freeware but it does come with a trial period of 30 days i believe. which is plenty time for you to do the podcast.
