trouble opening CHM file

There is a website I'm trying to download a file from. The format is *.chm When the file is completely downloaded and ready, I can't view it. a page shows up reading "cannot display page" I was wondering if anyone knew how to convert a CHM file into a PDF file. Thank you for all your help…
