the 'use linux' challenge isnt working for me.

I'm running Slackware 12.0.

I'm also curious to know how you could verify somebody's OS via a webpage. Here's hoping you get to the solution!

I'm guessing they grab the user agent. You could also try using something like Damn Small Linux in QEMU or VMware to get it done quickly.

as lesser said, its all to do with the browser user agent and nothing else. i dunno whats happening to yours…but anyway, you can make sure your user agent is right by getting a certain FF extension.

cough i did it on windows cough – although i AM actually running linux now. im weird like that.
