is VB hard to learn and do i need any program to do it

You need VB to do vb. If you want to make worms that procreate and spread and the such learn ASM.

Well, starting out best is Batch virii writing, but dont get used to it because batch is an extremely limited program compared to all the others out there. I say that the most functional and diverse language is C or C++ but if you're a beginner, start with batch, then go on to Visual Basic, then try your hand at learning C++.
