I just search for "c++" and there comes "http://www.cplusplus.com/doc/language/tutorial/".

I search for "c++ tutorial and tadaaa: "http://www.intap.net/~drw/cpp/"

I just love to search for stuff :P

I reccomend going to Barnes and Noble to get a book. Thats where I go to get my programming books. They are only about 30$. Depending on which one you get. Also it just depends on you. If you don't mind reading off ur computer screen, then you can use an e-book. But after a while it gets annoying on your eyes, so I prefer real books.
