I've used Adobe Dreamweaver in the past and I'm comfortable with it, but what is everyone using for web design on here?

I'm going to be adding more to my site:)

Hello, First I am new here, but I wanted to share my choice. I have been designing web pages for a long time now, mainly for fun. Ive been working with content management systems lately, but prefer to edit/create code manually. I use GIMP for photo or image editing and notepad++ or NetBeans IDE for the coding aspects of the sites I create.

I just fixed the comments yesterday, not sure what happened lol. I'm thinking I changed a setting in the CMS! I changed the settings pack, plus did a clean install of AJAX comments, but now the page isn't automatically refreshing after a comment has been deleted. It stays on the same page when it needs to redirect the user back to where they deleted the comment.
