HTML5?!

Html5 is the nest step up from html4.01 and it promises features like video playback and drag-and-drop that have been previously dependent on browser plug-ins such as Adobe Flash, Silverlight, and Gears. Html5 introduces new elements and attributes that reflect usage on modern websites. Some of them are semantic replacements for common uses of generic block
and inline elements, for example
and
. Other elements provide new things, such as the media elements and ! Ian Hickson, expects the specification to reach CR during 2012, and become a w3c Rec in the year 2022. -Should this be an article??

Submit it and find out. Personally, I thought it was common knowledge, but a lot of the articles already there are, anyways.
