My new attempt

I like to come up with some new algorithms for encryption sometimes and the last time i tried to see if some one could crack it it lasted 4 days before i got replys from 3 people that phrase was discovered.

this time i made it one word.

I believe this one will prove quite a challenge to those who wish try.

If anyone wants to try and decrypt this go ahead:

i had to keep hitting enter so it wouldn't streatch the page so just incase it messes up it is all one string

I am trying to make this as realistic as possable so please don't complain about lack of info about it.

if you think you have it please PM me instead of replying in the thread.

It's one word yet it's hundreds of digits long? I must say chances are it's very secure (since you could turn that into one single word in many, many ways) but not very efficient since it takes so many bytes for one single word.

actually it only took about 5 seconds to encrypt a 3 1/2 page essay. i think that's pretty efficient. at least for me. i mean maybe if you where doing thousands of pages it could be time consuming.

How many seconds per kilobyte?

I meant it takes a lot of space - let's say like this: N unencrypted bytes turns into N*X encrypted bytes when you run it through your algorithm, and I'm quite sure X is a large number here :p

I am actually amused at your encryption. I do the same thing, (I have 3 pages sitting next to me of algorithms, some not so great), But i find the way you removed spaces, different. It may make the encryption harder, But have you ever thought of maybe making a sequence for spaces?

yea your right about that. but hey if it's secure than some wouldn't mind.

uh thanks. no not really maybe I'll try something like that in the future.

i put this up to see if someone could crack it. not to have it scrutinized. i don't mean to be rude, i do appreciate the feedback.

I was just giving a suggestion. Sorry if I came off rude. Wasn't meant to be disrespectful.
