Hi I recently got a free copy of ubuntu from the website, live and install cd's.

I am having problems with connecting to the internet. It seems that the OS can't find my wireless card, or some problem there.

So far I have only used the live CD on my laptop whic is: Toshiba Satellite L10-114.

I have only tryed the live cd as I don't want to install something that I can't get working.

If anyone could shed some light it would be help a lot.

Thanks

Lots of people are having problems with wireless in Ubuntu. Try looking on www.ubuntuforums.org for a solution.

You will also need Ndiswrapper and s compatible driver, but you can find all you need on the forums.
