Is it possible to make Vista to look like XP?

It takes for ever to find anything in vista. Thanks for the help

Right click on the start orb thing (Im on XP so…) and click properties… then click on the start menu tab, and select XP or classic or something… the start menu will now act like XPs

Yeah, its in display (whatever its called now in vista) in the control panel. if you find the performance tab, you can turn all the fade/delay in the menus off and that saves some CPU.
