Fake site

I was on myspace the other day and got sent to a fake version of the site through a message from a hacked freind.

Just a few questions on what they gain from doing this and any way to take it off the net,

and i tryed to get on just http://secure-myspace.com and its access denied (ran by apache) the only folder i could get to was images whats a dodgey sex site

Passwords or cookies both through XSS

Get noscript with firefox, it prevents xss and bad java, real help on keeping clean
