He hasn't accually been arrested yet, he's just been accused of hacking a right-wing website and charging lots of credit cards… which appearently isn't true. if you look-up the links on the website you can find the info on who is accusing him ; ProtestWarrior.com. appearently they accuse people of this alot… and, well, from what i've read, there quite pathetic. they got a right-wing hacking group to hack a leftwing site awhile back, so they're just a bunch of hippocrites.

That really pisses me off. All these fucking FBI bastards think they can but in all the time and accuse people of doing shit that never happened but the FBI does tons of illegal shit and are almost always never tried for it. It's fucking bullshit, things really need to fucking change with the US government.

Well, they seem all high and mighty (Just my opinion) about obeying the rules and winning their 'war' by following laws… so I doubt they would hack for themselves, so the getting a group to hack for them makes sense. If they can't find any charges, and he didn't deface anything, they can still charge him saying that he was going to but they moved in and stopped him… I truly don't like my govt. but they are smart as hell, democracy coverup for a dictatorship… but, this is all merely my thoughts.
Also, I visited their site… not to be mean, but I think they deserved some defacement, nothing mean, just like one picture saying " Using others to hack our sites, just like bush is using soldiers to do his deeds…" course that is just my thought. They argue among their 'ranks' and seniors in school and other people are awarded for going against the 'system' in a paranoid frenzy… just my opinion.

It will happen soon enough… you just have to vote socialist… thats what i'm doing next election when i can vote… though i might vote labour just to keep the conservetive out… but i would prefer the lib dems or scottish socialist party…

The American Government isn't actually as ingenious as you would think. It's that what can we do to stop them? True we can say as many times as we'd like that they are corrupt, which they are. But to be honest the canidates are raised from birth to become president, and I'd say you should play by their rules, but lets be honest. What rules are those? We are the only ones with rules, the American government is a hippocritcal one and nothings going to fix that. Hackers have the clearest view of the fact what is actually going on in this country and that is because we are the ones that get blamed for everything. We could in the middle of the ocean when a Site is defaced and still be pinned with the charges. Its truely sad. Sign the petition and make ur voice heard.

It's been a while isn't it :p FireSt0rm and I got caught to with something and we know Xec96 well.
Well… he already got arrested a while ago about some silly stuff but they couldn't prove anything. Now the fbi is really looking for hackers, they even visited our site to check out what we are doing so.. watch out what you are doing at the moment.
I really hope our friend doesn't have to pay a lot of money and certainly that he doesn't have to got to jail for about 30 years… so help him a little bit.

However, I feel that we don't know the whole story and can't know the whole story as it's an active investigation. We've been presented with a very one sided. I'd like to hear the other side of this (which is unlikely because it's an active investigation).

The next things are some lines out an article about him (he was a kind of anarchist but didn't do anything wrong to punish him he just offended the feds and stuff sometimes and they just want to kick his ass for that…because he was an activist)
Earlier this summer two FBI agents had contacted Jeremy enquiring about the speech that he gave at Defcon on electronic civil disobedience. And for a few months after that, they would contact Jeremy and chat in the coffee shop, the nature of the conversation was never disclosed to me. The contact ended a few months prior to this search warrant.
What I find quite funny is all these people that are spamming it with messages such as: "I hope he rots in jail for his crimes" etc. are only helping him as they are adding to the amount of names on the petition, it will be the amount of names on the petition that are handed to the court or wherever the petition is going to be shown.
Also, im quite curious as to why the feds seized his X-Box? Is there some sort of exploit that allows administrator access to .gov webpages that I dont know about or something?! :o

I didnt realise that an X-box could be that heavily modded, I thought it was just a standalone console that was created by Microsoft, I didnt know they used the same sorta' technology they use in PCs for them.
