i've never come across any.

However learn php if you want to hack poorly configured and insecure servers.

dude, look at www.rootthisbox.org it has a bunch of wargames set up. you literally try to root the box ;)

also, www.hackerslab.org have a telnet server set up that they use for thier challenges.

course on the darker side, you could always use google to find some insecure sites ;)
